Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and manage the Clinical
Support Team to ensure efficient patient workflows
Collaborate with the Medical Team Lead to develop training
materials and coordinate product and service launches from a
clinical perspective
Analyze and improve clinical workflows, develop performance
metrics, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public
Health, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's
degree is a plus
4-6 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare
project management
Prior experience supervising or coordinating a clinical team is
highly desirable
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading multiple projects
simultaneously
Familiarity with clinical workflow systems and basic data analysis
skills
